Luxury Detail is a professional vehicle valeting, detailing and bodywork repair company based in Barton Upon Humber North Lincolnshire with over 20 years experience. We are a mobile service and we cover Barton Upon Humber, Goxhill Barrow Upon Humber, Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and all surrounding towns and villages.
We offer a variety of different packages and treatments for your vehicle, from our fortnightly, monthly or 6 weekly maintenance cleans through to engine compartment details, full interior and exterior valets and a scratch and scuff removal service. We visit our clients and their vehicles at home or at their work premises to complete our valeting and detailing packages. We use only the very latest and highly recognised professional range of products and equipment in the industry, from Kranzle, Ultimate Finish, Car Pro, Meguiars, Auto Finesse, Autosmart and Bilt Hamber to name just a few.
We are able to thoroughly and safely clean the leather surfaces in your vehicles interior and apply protection so that they not only look as new as possible, but bring back that luxurious leather smell. We can decontaminate the vehicles exterior surfaces to remove bonded contaminants, and we can have your vehicles paintwork looking (and feeling) incredible using professional corrective procedures and specific products.
All of our packages are designed to take the very best care of your vehicle inside and out with no hassle required on the owners part, once you have booked, we will arrive on the arranged day and time and carry out your chosen treatments on your vehicle to an incredibly meticulous standard and leave you absolutely amazed at the finish.

Luxury Detail Car Care has been formed from a sheer love and a huge passion for vehicles and in particular, cleaning them way beyond standards you thought could be possible. We specialise in the meticulous cleaning and appearance maintenance of all marques of car.
We were established in April of 2015 and have been taking care of our clients vehicles for almost 10 years.
Each year new clients join the Luxury Detail maintenance plan for their pride and joy ensuring their vehicle remains in the most presentable condition possible. There are many of our clients that have received praise and positive comments on their vehicles condition which is absolutely fantastic and we are proud of that reputation.

Meet Michael....
Michael is the sole owner and operator here at Luxury Detail. With over 20 years of experience within the motor trade he has a wealth of knowledge.
Michael attended North Lindsey college in Scunthorpe when he was 17 years old and came away with full qualifications in vehicle body repair. Following this he has worked for several car dealerships carrying out bodywork, paintwork, valeting and detailing whilst expanding his knowledge and experience in these areas.
Becoming quite frustrated at not being able to really go into meticulous detail in his work and show his full potential he decided perhaps it was time to set up his own business where there were no restraints and restrictions and he could really go to town on the cleanliness of vehicles.
In April of 2015 the journey began and Michael has continued to grow the business where by he maintains many vehicles each month whilst also working for the fast paced stream of new clients looking for a trust worthy professional to love their vehicle like they do.
The passion and attention to detail that Michael offers is second to non and he truly believes there isn't a valet or detail carried out quite like a Luxury Detail treatment. He firmly believes that in order to do your very best work, there has to be the passion for it and passion we have!

Every now and again we will update this section with some work that we have carried out
We were invited to give this fully loaded, top of the range Skoda Superb our full valet package. We spent an entire day cleaning the vehicle inside and out, Nigel, a new client to us was absolutely delighted at the transformation made to his pride and joy.
BMW 1 Series with the full Maxton Designs kit received our Maintenance plus valet, it's fair to say that it was well ready for a good clean! looking absolutely stunning now though.
We take care of this Audi A6 each and every month so thought it was about time to grab some photos of it, along with some 'before and after' shots to help demonstrate the huge difference our deep cleans make to the appearance of a vehicle.
A recent purchase for a regular client of ours, this BMW X7 is a wonderful machine! with every gadget you could want, we gave the vehicle a Maintenance valet inside and out to return it's condition to 'as new'

Would you believe that this 3 Series BMW has almost 150,000 miles on the clock, we have been taking care of this vehicle for several years, keeping it's condition in the best it can be, for the cars age and mileage it looks stunning.
Some recent work carried out in December 2024
This stunning latest shape BMW Z4 M40i is owned by John who enjoys his car looking great. We carried out our interior and exterior maintenance valet on the vehicle to lift the condition back to standard. John was delighted with seeing his pride and joy looking its best again.
We have been booked every six weeks to take care of this vehicle and also their other vehicle which we are excited about.
VW Golf R - Exterior Maintenance Valet
We took a few photos of this lovely low mileage VW Golf R after we treated it to our exterior Maintenance valet. The sun was going down which made for a great light to show off the Golfs reflections.

We were contacted by the owners of this lovely example of a MK5 VW Golf R32 who were looking to have the Luxury Detail touch applied to the vehicle. After discussions the following work was booked in:
- Complete exterior valet
- Complete interior valet
- Engine compartment detail
- Deep scratch on the roof repaired
- Gtechniq C4 applied to all external plastic surfaces
- Exterior of glass protected
- Stone chips touched in
Unfortunately the weather was terrible on collection day so not many photos were captured but here are a few.
We maintain this Defender throughout the year with our maintenance valet but the owner decided to give the vehicle a real treat, a list was put together for us to prepare for and carry out...
- Engine compartment detail
- Single stage gloss enhancement
- Ceramic coating application to exterior paintwork, alloy wheels and glass
- Repair sharp dent in nearside front wing
- Full interior valet
- Repaint corroded bolts on tailgate
- Paint front wing vents in Santorini Black to match paintwork

The Defender was booked in for 3 days to have the work carried out. it is difficult to explain what a dramatic difference this work made to the appearance of the vehicle, it looks incredible and on collection the owner was absolutely delighted and couldn't believe how amazing the finish was on his Defender. He kindly left us the review.

We’ve used Michael for many years with maintenance washes and will continue to do so. I never tick the manufacturer box for a coating to be installed as I know Michael will carry out this to a far higher standard that no dealers can match.

We were contacted by the owner of this 2013 Audi A4 who was interested in having his vehicle fully valeted. We provided a quotation to carry out a full interior and exterior valet and also to include our engine compartment detail. The vehicle was booked in, the owner patiently waited and we carried out the work recently for him. Here are the results.

Mercedes CLA - brake caliper refurbishment
We had this lovely Mercedes CLA in with us for a brake caliper refurbishment, the owners asked for the calipers to be painted Red, this completely transformed the vehicle and brings a whole new level of sportiness to the vehicle.
As with all our caliper jobs they were meticulously prepared, etch primer applied followed by Ferrari Rosso Corsa red base coat and finally 3 coats of 2K clear lacquer, the results speak for themselves :-)
