Question - Do I bring my car to you? or do you come to me to clean the car?

Answer -   We will come to you to clean your vehicle, it can be at home on your driveway or at your work premises, all we require is access to an outside tap and a power point, we carry everything else required with us.

 

Question - How far do you travel to carry out the work?

Answer -   We are happy to travel up to a 30 miles radius from our home town of Barton Upon Humber

 

Question - How long have you been valeting cars for?

Answer -   Michael has been cleaning vehicles for over 25 years

 

Question - Why do you not have a business page on social media?

Answer -   Luxury Detail used to have a Facebook page where all of our work was regularly uploaded, sadly this account was hacked and could not be recovered, we have since decided to concentrate our online presence into this website.

 

Question Is there anything I need to do to prepare for your arrival?

Answer -   All we ask is if you are having the full interior valet package please remove personal belongings from the vehicle, such as child seats, contents of the glove box, door pockets etc, there is no need to remove any litter, that's our job :-)

 

Question - How long will it take you to clean the car?

Answer -   This very much depends on the condition of the vehicle, if you are having our 'Maintenance' clean this is usually 3/4 hours to carry out, if the vehicle is very dirty and requires our 'Full valet package' this can take as long as 8/9+ hours to complete. 

 

Question - Why aren't there any prices on the website?

Answer -   There are no fixed prices, this is because each vehicle is different in terms of their condition, what we usually do is pop over and take a look at the vehicle that you are looking to have cleaned and provide you with an accurate quotation, however we are able to give an indication on the price over the phone or message. 

 

Question - What happens if it is poor weather on the day of my booking?

Answer - If we are unable to carry out the work due to poor weather we can arrange to bring the vehicle to a garage that we have the use of in Barton or if this is not possible we will reschedule the booking for another day. 

 

Question - Do you have insurance?

Answer - Yes absolutely, we are comprehensively insured by Coversure Insurance Services.
